Anna's Full Bio
Anna is a writer, storyteller, and writing coach, as well as Chief Creative Officer of Luscious Mother & LUMO Leadership. A lifelong student of human behavior and lover of humans in general, Anna’s coaching focuses on helping creative people connect to their own voice and greatness through a mix of deep empathy, compassionate curiosity, no-nonsense truth-telling, and irrepressible humor.
Before becoming a coach, Anna’s had a decade-long career as an actress, stand-up comic, and screenwriter in Los Angeles and New York.
She is an ex-Catholic (NOT excommunicated!) Anna has received 4 of the 7 sacraments. But she definitely had sex before marriage, so if heaven exists… she figures she has a 50/50 chance.
Anna currently worships at the edge of the ocean in Maine where she lives with her ocean activist husband, hilarious Dungeons and Dragons obsessed teenage son, and dingbat chocolate lab. In her free time, she can be found hauling lobster traps as a sternman in Casco Bay.
