Melissa Hoffman is a seasoned sales leader and experienced performance coach with over 10 years working with individuals and teams to help them achieve their goals and maximize their potential by making necessary changes to accelerate mental agility, promote healthy work-life integration, and sustainable growth.

She accomplishes this in group and 1:1 sessions by using a variety of techniques, including implementing psychological skills and tactical exercises, positive psychology, and mindfulness practices to drive greater cohesion and performance.

Melissa is a Certified Life and Executive Coach, certified in the Psychology of Leadership, The Power of Team Culture, Managing as a Coach, Building High-Performing Teams, and Influence from a variety of higher learning institutions. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Albany, NY.
