About Sarah
Sarah Caleb is a mindset coach that specializes in working with pioneers and creatives in media and entertainment. She is dedicated to helping people become holistically healthy, and she is passionate about helping them use the medium of creative arts to generate a mainstream culture of mental and emotional health.
Sarah’s background as a campus recruiter is where she first learned her love for finding people’s strengths and matching them to the right job on the right team. After a few trips abroad, Sarah learned about the global reach of American culture and entertainment, as she saw children dancing and singing to Beyoncé and Justin Bieber even in the remote bush of Africa.
With Los Angeles as home base, everything came full circle when Sarah began working with clients in the entertainment industry to help them find health and fulfillment in their personal and professional lives. As she knows from experience, these artists will create work that reaches all parts of the world. She is committed to helping her clients find clarity to make the adjustments they need to fully thrive because she has personally experienced the fulfillment that comes from taking risks and making choices that allow both her professional and personal lives to align with what matters most.
