Lyndsey is a F.I.T. Coach, guiding her clients through a holistic transformation journey to Free their Inner Truth! She has been a personal trainer for the last 15 years and after watching herself and her clients continue to be confused by the diet and fitness industry messaging and continue to repeat unproductive cycles, she wanted to find answers. She is now on a mission to help her clients get to their own answers and take their power back through understanding their mindset and their relationship with their bodies! Lyndsey wants everyone to feel free in their bodies so they can live the fun and adventurous life that they desire.
