Child marriage is a topic within the same big conversation of honor-based violence, abuse, gender-based violence, forced marriage, and rights of women and children. At the age of 15, Sasha Taylor came home to find herself in the middle of a wedding conversation to a man much older - South Asian countries have the highest incidences of child marriage, even in the West. Would you believe the US only has protections in 6 states against marrying off children? TDS speaks to Sasha about these protections and how we all need to do more.
