Leo and Jeff Quest give us their review of Spies in Disguise which is a 2019 American computer-animated spy comedy film. 

The plot follows a secret agent who is accidentally transformed into a pigeon by an intelligent teenage agent and the pair must work together to stop a cybernetic terrorist who seeks revenge and return him to his human form.
