Blamo! Liz’s book ‘Dealbreakers’ has hit the shelves and everyone’s pretty mad about it, even Mike, the bookstore employee (played by Jon Glaser). Devon Banks (Will Arnett) is back to hold Jack to account in a fit of congressional oversight and to engage in some gravel-voiced gay-smr. And Kenneth saves a lot of dogs and, of course, it somehow becomes Liz’s problem.
