Episode description
There are guest stars galore as all the moms come back for a special Mother’s Day episode of TGS. Colleen (Elaine Stritch) pulls the cord on Jack dating both Avery and Nancy, Margaret Lemon (Anita Gillette) convinces Liz to settle (while also revealing that Buzz Aldrin was her first love), Jan Hooks returns as Jenna’s manipulative mother Verna (with rompers in tow) and Novella Nelson plays herself as an actress hired to play Tracy’s mom so he doesn’t feel left out. We also get the return of Patti LuPone, Will Ferrell, and an introduction to Lutz playing his own mother.
