As the 2007 writer’s strike brings a hiatus to Season 2 of 30 Rock, our friends are on the move! Kenneth gets caffeinated, launching his manic energy around the studio until he decides to take a midnight train to Georgia. Jack and C.C. (Edie Falco) are spending time in Hockassin, Pennsylvania in an ultimately futile attempt to make their DC/NYC relationship work. And Liz tries to take Jack’s advice and buy real estate, but loses out on the apartment because she treats the interview with the co-op board (featuring Edward Herrmann) like a bad first date. Oh! And Gladys Knight is there …and doesn’t sing Midnight Train to Georgia.
