Recently, she raised $30M and purchased 1100 units in 3 years, and has returned an average of 136% profit net to investors on her deals sold to date. She has won National Apartment Association Property of the Year in 2016, and Houston Apartment Association Property of the Year 3 times. She has 2 children and loves sailing around the world on her 50ft sailboat.
