On the Monday, December 23 episode of 520 in the Morning, Jeff Teague, DJ Wells, and B Hen react to Nikola Jokic’s 6th straight triple-double in the Denver Nuggets OT win over the New Orleans Pelicans. The guys discuss Jokic’s season, and debate whether Joker has already locked up the MVP award. If he does win the MVP, it will be his 4th, putting him on a short list among the best players in NBA history to win at least 4 MVP awards. The guys then react to the Indiana Pacers BIG win over the Sacramento Kings, as well as the Houston Rockets beating the Toronto Raptors. Last, the guys react to the first round of the College Football Playoffs, and debate whether Indiana getting smoked by Notre Dame ruined the playoff for future teams with bad strength of schedules.
