Episode 18 - The ‘Impressive’ Lack of Ability To Learn From One’s Mistakes, Distractibility, and Living in a Self-Created Internal Universe
Episode description
In this episode, I discuss my complete inability to ever learn from my mistakes and my *ground breaking* (Definitely a personal opinion!) discoveries as to why this is. I delve deeper into my emotional needs, how I react when they aren’t met, and my brain’s automatic response to ‘fill the void’. I speak lots about dissociation and how this reflex response is my self-protection defence, often causing the issues in my life to metastasise and blow up!
