I really excited about this conversation, as we naturally explore the ‘grey areas’ of leadership, as not only does Peter represent the CIPD best practices and guidance of leadership but has obviously experienced the ups and downs of being that senior leadership figure too – will all eyes pointing at him from inside and outside the organisation. How far can theory take you, and how hard is it not to fall into the traps that wait along the way?
