In this episode, I am joined by Lohani Noor. Lohani has been practicing for 8 years in private practice resident at the Manchester Insitute of Psychotherapy. She is also an author, her book '20 Steps to Sexual Connection' and was the BBC therapist on 'Sex on the Counch' as seen on BBC1 and BBC iPlayer. She is also a qualified fitness and bodybuilding instructor and UKBFF Judge. Growing up in an Asian Family in the gritty North of England, the seventh child in a family of ten children, Lohani shared her experiences, her journey and money story.
