One of the favorite things I like to do, here on the podcast is to share stories from people in real life. What was it like to achieve their financial goals?

Real estate investing is no different. I've had already done some interviews through the years.

Even this year, I've shared stories from Alan, Crystal and Rachel about their own financial journeys into real estate and they each had different avenues that they took that were successful for them.

Today I want to add two more stories to that list. Toni from debt-free divas and Aja from principles of increase are going to be discussing each of their journeys into real estate.
