He is the owner of Priority Fitness in Overland Park, KS, and the best-selling and award-winning author of the book series, “Make Fitness A Priority.” Chad is a regularly called upon fitness and wellness guest expert for local and national media. He was the host of the talk radio show “Be Fit...For Life” and has been featured on over 30 podcasts.
As a personal trainer, Chad helps people figure out how fitness fits in their life as it changes and overcome their excuses. His brand ‘Priority Fitness’ was inspired by his book series, which came along as he realized that people came to him with short-term goals, and it was easier to get into a habit of giving them temporary results.
He had to change his philosophy to helping people learn how to fish in fitness. So, as life changes and adversity comes their way, they can adapt to it and keep fitness as part of their life.
