Neither Brandi nor Hailey are psychologists, and approach this conversation from the colloquial conversation happening in culture at large. They talk about the impacts of trauma on our bodies, the ways we distance ourselves to cope, and some ways that we can come back into our bodies for the sake of our health and our relationship with God.
