I grew up in Europe and lived in five different countries (including the US) before moving to Canada, now home. My accent when I speak English is a mix, but most people hear it as a French accent.
I hold a Master of Science in Psychology from Yale University and have been directly trained or worked with some of the biggest names and early Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) developers.
I’m a World-Renowned Coach and Personal Development Expert, having been featured in many prominent French national, primetime TV shows.
Over more than two decades, I’ve helped more than 110,000 French-speaking people from 157 countries dramatically achieve goals they thought were unattainable.
After a particularly painful turning point in my life, I created and developed The Decoding Grid™: a revolutionary clarity and decision-making process to tackle complex and high-cost-of-failure life decisions.
Since then, I’ve been on a new Life Mission to share it with the world and help people reach Decision Harmony and make the Right Decision every single time.
I’m convinced that we all have a unique gift to offer to the world and that aligning with it means living your Life’s Purpose. The Decoding Grid™ is my gift.
When I’m not helping women make the Right Decision, I’m passionate about and an avid practitioner of many sports: snowboarding, kitesurfing, snowkiting, e-skateboarding, and wing foiling. If it slides or glides (preferably sideways), I’m probably doing it!
