Felicity and Candice are joined by Nutri-Grain IronMan series champion, Kendrick Louis. He chased the dream for ten years, and since then, the Ironman champion has won multiple Australian Surf Lifesaving titles, Represented Australia on the world stage as part of the Australian Lifesaving Team, as well as being named Surf Life Saving Australian Athlete of the Year in 2018. Away from the sport, Kendrick is a family man and an entrepreneur having Founded his own media agency originally with his brother in 2018, called Louis Media. In this conversation he talks about how his training mindset informs his attitude to business, his personal mission to dream big and chasing that unashamedly, and his thoughts on how professional athletes can think about life after sport.
