After a decade leading culture and engagement at Employee Engagement Platform business Reward Gateway, Cat recently founded a consultancy.
She's incredibly knowledgeable on everything related to building engaged teams, working with leaders to create positive and productive work cultures. As well as her consultancy, she's an advisor for private equity firm Tenzing, the Hope for Justice and Slave-Free Alliance. She also works as an Associate Partner for The People Experience Hub.
