Episode description

Vinny is joined by his brother, Dr. Sabino D'Agostino, who is a neurosurgeon to discuss the tragic death of Bob Saget.

The two start off talking about how Sabino went from a computer engineering major to neurosurgery in college, what training was involved and what type of surgeries neurosurgeons are expected to perform.

Vinny and Sabino get philosophical on how physical changes to the brain can drastically change your personality and what that really says about the common belief that our individuality derives from something more spiritual.

Sabino discusses how skull fractures occur including those consistent with what was described in the autopsy report related to Bob Saget's untimely demise.  Could the severe skull fractures described in the autopsy really occurred from a basic slip and fall?
