Though it’s normal to feel anxious and stressed during the COVID-19 pandemic, this 6month-long quarantine has definitely strained our mental well-being.

We are joined by Dr. Anna Tuazon of UP PsycServ to help us take better care of our mental health and the people we love.

We talk about mental health hygiene that we can practice everyday, how we can help COVID-19 patients and family members, and even our frontlinters.
