Eileen Bell

Eileen is Australia's first female professional E-Sports player. For those unfamiliar with E-Sports, it is video game competition watched by millions globally each year often at stadium filled events.

E-Sports has grown significantly over time and is now the E-Sports market is valued at over US1.5bn dollars worth a projected growth to nearly $6bn by 2029. It is estimated that in the US this year around 16% of the population will watch E-Sports at some stage.

Eileen now provides consulting and coaching on E-Sports, gamification, cybersecurity and digital and transformation strategy. I enjoyed Eileen's competitive nature, her insights into gamification and new technology modalities and her vision of what is to come in our ever more digital world.
