I met Toby earlier in the year when I joined the Biohacking Australia Facebook, which boasts nearly 8,000 members, of which Toby is the Chief Moderator. Toby is a fascinating guy who is a life and fitness coach, blogger and influencer. He is also a passionate, purposeful and committed biohacker. His discipline and obsessive focus on self-improvement has driven him to some amazing heights.
