Renowned for his kindness and authenticity, Rabbi Babad has always harbored a passion for supporting and encouraging those who need it most.
Several years later, in 2010, Rabbi Babad opened his yeshiva, Anuvim, as a prevention program for struggling teens. On the heels of the Yeshiva’s success and at the request of many parents, he founded camp Anuvim in 2011, a successful summer program in Upsta New York.
In 2015, Rabbi Babad opened a second drop in center, this time in Boro Park, called “Our Home.” Located at 1225 Street, it came to be known affectionately as “1225.”
