G’day friends and welcome to the Move to Costa Rica Podcast. My name is Malcolm Hill and I will be your host.
In 2016, my wife Anisa and I made our way from Australia to Costa Rica to work as surf instructors. Since then, we have adopted one street dog, had two sons and met hundreds of other foreigners who call this place home.
We created this podcast to share the stories of people who have left their home country and moved to Costa Rica - people just like us. Each episode features a new guest speaker who gives us an insight into what their life was like before they arrived, the process of moving as well as the pros and cons of living in Costa Rica.
The mix of friendly locals, entrepreneurial expats, incredible landscapes and unique wildlife offers a lifestyle that appeals to many nationalities and is something that we as a young family love.
It is our hope that this podcast is a resource for those considering Costa Rica as a place to live. By listening to the stories of those who have already made the move, you’ll receive a unique insight into the journey ahead.
