You don’t have to spend time around people who have hurt you or engage in things that you’re no longer interested in. In today's episode, I talk about my experience with not wanting to be around certain people after taking time to work through things and heal. If I spent a year getting over a friend who hurt me, why am I going to hang out with someone who treats me the same exact way?
