Today we talk with Brett Howlett, the Project Director of the $500m Seafarers project being developed by the Melbourne Developer, Riverlee - recognisable to Melburnian's by the historically significant 'Malcolm Moore Crane' which was originally built in 1948 and acknowledged as part of the most intact cargo berth in the Port of Melbourne from the pre-containerisation era.
We discuss property development in Melbourne and what the future of development may look like in a future Melbourne, post Covid. Brett shares his views on a career on large scale project property development here in Melbourne and discusses what he has learnt throughout a career that has seen him work on some of the most recognisable towers built along the River Yarra.
