Prompted by a friend who wasn't sure if finding and living his life purpose was something he could or should be doing, this episode of the Hero Process, seeks to explain why this is something everyone should be doing.

In this episode I discuss how it often helps people to think of life purpose as living their dreams and I ask the question, "are you doing what you would absolutely love to be doing with your life?"

Taking small practical steps, learning how to clear your resistance, fears and doubts and moving ever forward towards your dream is then building towards your life purpose and also helping you grow, develop and become the person you would love to be.

In essence, finding and living your life purpose is something that everyone should be doing and my intention is that this episode of the Hero Process will give you fresh insight and understanding as to why it's something you should explore.
