In my first ever podcast I wanted to introduce myself, tell you about my journey to this point to connect with you and to set the scene for what's to come. 

In this podcast I also introduce the Hero Process which is the methodology I created after 10 years of practice to help you find happiness, find your life purpose and to get what you really want.

This podcast channel is all about inspiring people to change their lives and to give them the tools and a proven process to do so. 

In fact, it's called the Hero Process because it puts you back in the driving seat of your own life. Once you have learnt the process you can apply it to your own day to day life, clear any and all emotional blocks that are stopping you get what you want.

The podcast episodes will teach you aspects of the process, feature interviews will new and old practitioners of the process and share their stories to inspire and motivate you.

The Hero Process will change your life if you apply it persistently and clear your blocks as you move forward. In fact, once you start to use it I would love to hear from you to help and inspire others.
