For this episode I spoke with Denell Randall - an Integrative Health Coach & Wellness Educator specialising in Cervical Wellness. In Denell's 20s Doctor's found abnormal, precancerous cells on her pap (smear) test and was diagnosed with Cervical Dysplasia. Instead of taking the recommended medical route of Doctors (the surgical LEEP procedure) she started her mission to try and cure herself naturally.

Denell is a trailblazer when it comes to Cervical Health and someone truly inspirational to me as I'm going on my own journey with Cervical Dysplasia.
