It’s common for freelancers to have a mix of short and long term relationships, which tend to reflect different mindsets, emotions, strategies, decisions, processes, and company policies.
It’s also common for freelancers to confuse or mislabel what’s really happening, and have a short term or one night stand mindset when they want something that will last a lot longer.
