The Shift has to happen for you to truly be happy. You can accomplish every goal and have all the money but you have to enjoy the process to enjoy your life. Your mission has to be bigger than yourself to be truly happy. The shift will truly give your wins meaning and purpose.
We decide what our priorities are, we decide if we will go to the gym, learn a new language, get a degree, self develop, be a better person, we make our priorities. Everyone gets the same 24 hours a day. Life is hard, creating habits can be hard, but struggling can be hard, regret can be hard, you get to pick your hard. Decide your priorities and live with those choices.
