Inspired by stories of ancient and future adepts, I present a philosophy and practice I call the Adept Way. Based upon my personal experience as a physicist, perceptual scientist, and meditation teacher, I attempt to combine threads from physics, neuroscience, psychology, and meditation to take you on a journey through space and time.
Equanimity is the ability to maintain composure and calmness in stressful situations. This is an introduction to the topic of anxiety and how it can be used to develop this incredibly valuable skill.

Grieving is love and love is grieving. The process of grieving is considered as the seed for love. The level of conscious engagement determines the outcome of the process. This means that the benefit of completing grieving can be interpreted as acquiring loving qualities.
