Tanya Meade is the Director of Rescue Upstream, the Anti-Human Trafficking Initiative at Journey Church. She is a Victim Advocate for the Coalition for Independent Living Options, and President of and a Trainer for the Human Trafficking Coalition of the Palm Beaches, and an Authorized Facilitator of Stewards of Children, the award-winning child sexual abuse prevention training produced by “Darkness to Light”. She has most recently become a KidSafe Certified Facilitator and an Ambassador of Hope for Shared Hope International. Through outreach, education, and restoration, Rescue Upstream’s goal is to eradicate human trafficking and the root causes that fuel this awful injustice.
