Well I used to be SO inescure about SO many parts of my body and I felt the same way. I thought my body was the problem.
BUT your body is NOT the problem!
Today I share with you common insecurities that I also struggled with and what mindset shifts I made in order to no longer feel insecure!
We cover insecurities such as:
- Loose Skin On Your Stomach
- Stretchmarks
- How Much I Ate
- How Little I Could Do In The Gym
- Body Hair
- Wearing A Bikini
- Crooked & Yellow Teeth
And MORE! I also included two that are more specific to me that include a cute story about falling more in love with Graeme (before we were even dating) but they end with a lesson I think we can all learn from! As well as my thoughts on wanting what you don't have.
