psa: food doesnt have morals

guess who walked 30 miles+ body image + morality and food + the little paris bookshop (its like reading how a hot chocolate tastes) (or like a huuuuge hug from someone you love) (no seriously, pls read this book)Also this episode does talk about issues with food, body image and exercise but this is just my relationship with them - not anyone elses! this advice works for me but might not for you and thats okay :) but also  if this topic isn't for you then just listen until i give you the warning that we are about to talk about the topic! the warning is pretty obvious and hard to miss ! realise this is a sensitive topic so please skip if its not for you
