Happy Juneteenth, y’all! Welcome to the first full episode of “You Good, Sis?” with Alexia x Kayla. This week, our special guest is actor, dancer and singer, Birgundi Baker of Showtime’s The Chi. At first, we barely knew what we were doing with this idea, so we rehearsed it like the theatre girls we are. You Good, Sis? or “YGS” is a wellness-ish podcast hosted by Alexia and Kayla, two actors, friends and roommates who live in New York City. There’s an “ish” there because we’re much too ridiculous to make this sound too serious-- and that’s the point.
