Can Sexism Be a Good Thing?

Tell Mikell got a question from his sister asking him is sexism always a bad thing. The question was sparked by a previous conversation we had in the "Women Drive the Message" Podcast. We have a conversation with a friend of the show Jessica regarding the difference between sexism and gender roles and whether or not there is ever an instance in which sexism is potentially a good thing. We discuss what the definition of sexism is and how socially we often confuse sexism and gender roles. We also discuss how overly done gender roles can potentially become sexist. We also talk about how men and women have communication issues and we should learn to communicate in a way that the opposite sex will not perceive as sexist.
