Limiting Beliefs, Fears, and Doubts

In this week's episode, I am solo as my sister, Kelsi, is recovering from surgery. I share my story, my own struggles, and what I am currently working on. I discuss fears, limiting beliefs, and doubts and give you a bit of a challenge to question your own limiting beliefs and fears!
