Episode description

These are the notes that I made for today that i went by. links to videos is in the notes.

Gratitude vs thankfulness-

Thankfulness is a social norm applicable in general situations while gratitude is the special manifestation of spirituality, love, and affection. ... Grateful is a feeling while thankful is an act. When someone does something good to you, you feel grateful for him, and you offer your thanks to him as an action.

Gratitude exercise- each day say out loud what you are grateful for.

Don't focus on the negative or you will reinforce the negative feelings. Practice it every day. Your mood, thoughts, and behavior will improve.

Gratitude will replace your victimhood and self-pity with joy and happiness. It will reform your subconscious.

If you want to let go of an emotion feel grateful.

Gratitude is especially helpful in healing childhood wounds.
