In today's episode, I talk about how you should be changing with the seasons as a person. As the seasons come and go and change, you should be changing. Winter is coming, yes like game of thrones, so we all know what that means. Seasonal depression. take the time out now to start preparing for that battle before it sneaks up on you. Learn new things, plan, prepare, adapt, overcome and adjust. Change is coming, Embrace it!
