We go in-depth with OMAHA Mavs Lexi Burkhardt as she shares how the past 8 years between High School and College experiences, learning lessons, and what dedication it takes to play at a very high level. As a parent, there are some things we don't think of until it's too late to help our children when it comes, which Lexi gives us many things those young athletes, in general, can learn. The best part is how she loves to give back to the game she grew up playing, as that is not an easy thing to forget when you play it year-round; typically, it can lead to being burnt out.
