Our physical and mental health have a symbiotic relationship – they affect each other acutely. That’s why it’s so important to have a handle on them both, and to be consciously aware of how our thoughts are affecting them. There are six Mindset VITALS that can enable us to do that and only 15 minutes a day needs to be spent actioning them.
