A conversation with Stuart Miles of Develop Dental

This week’s guest is Stuart Miles. Stuart and his brother Simon recently sold their dental business after 21 years of building it from the ground up Stuart and I chat about the journey from a lab in a freezing cold garage in Swindon to realising that sale. We discuss dealing with the emotional lows of losing everything through bankruptcy in a previous business and the lessons learned that helped shape the dental practice. Through 10x growth over three years and the problems that brought to recognising that his greatest strength is also his greatest weakness, Stuart shares some real gems. The most important lesson of all is that you should never, ever stop marketing and why this could have saved his last business and was the making of this one.
