This week’s guest is Catherine Watkin, who runs Selling from the Heart. Catherine and I talk through her journey of searching for what she felt was the authentic, right version of herself whilst battling a chronic health condition. She also shares her views on why putting your values first is more important and effective than chasing the cash and why work that is meaningful matters.
