All of us go through times of transition in life. Just like transition in birth, life transitions can be painful and scary. It can be really hard to be the best versions of ourselves when going through times of transition no matter how necessary changes are. Today we talk about the life transitions that we are all going through and how we are handling them while juggling families, birth work and friendship.
