It kind of that place reminds me of like that Windsor Castle where it looked like there was just stairs going to random place, isn't it. I am so in love with you, and I feel like, in my head it breaks my heart. It's so hard to understand. Well,

I have love for three people. He's like, but we could be at the end of this. This is worth fighting for um and he's like, my family is here. I want you to meet them and UM, and then she's crying. She's like, I don't know what to do. She leaves and she's like, I'm sobbing. I'm still in love with him. It just hurts so bad. And she's a sobbing and there's still two roses on ice. He's like, I did mess it up. To Jesse. He's like, Okay, I want to apologize for putting both of you through this.

So he gives Rachel the rose first and he's like, Gabby, will you accept this rose? She was like, I cannot and we were all like, yeah, yeah, that was so amazing what that move did. And then Rachel was like one lost one. Yeah, she looked like she couldn't. She was mad her go through so actually little show bonkers when she was like, it's not fair of Gabby to do this to us, It's like why, like I think she didn't want to you know, quote unquote win, Like

what a horrible feeling that that's like a forfeit. Like she was just like yeah, like but also like Gabby took back her power. Yeah, yeah, it was amazing. What do we talk about? What do we think of the of the picture and picture of the audio. And also now that we know that they're like actor, like I felt like they hired people getting there. The first one that came up was like a random person. They were girls.

They were acting so hard. They were acting so hard they probably don't even watch the show or even I mean, they know this guy sucks. I mean we've had fans right in saying that they're going clearly, but I think they fill it in with other people. So then um so then he's like okay, let me. Rachel's shocked, so then he pulls Gabby aside. He's like, I'm sorry, I want to level with you. I thought it could be you and I at the end, I trust, like I trust.

And then she's like, well who I don't care about? Like, I don't want to be love the most. Um, I'm not in the business of competing with anyone for love. You're right, you're right, but I'm sorry it's a competition show. But he's like, I do see something in us, and she's like, okay, we'll put yourself in my shoes. He's like, there are three different women and you have the same intention and excitement. He's like, I fell in love with you in different ways, you know when you say the

love of the most. She's like, how am I to proceed? I don't want to be the most love. I just want to be accepted. I agree with her on this, Like his phrasing was terrible. Well, he I don't think there's an articulate way to walk back any of Like he's basically being like, I could love you the most, but I'm still open to not loving you the most. Please come back. It's like it could be you or you could get hurt again. And that's why she was like, just say I'm sorry, Like that's all they needed to

say from the beginnings, like I fucked up. I shouldn't have done it like this. But he doesn't, he doesn't have that. She goes, he goes in your heart, telling you to walk out the door. Meanwhile Rachel is crying. She's like, this is the worst thing that could ever happen. There's two left. This is not fair to him or me? Did you she cried all her makeup off? Oh that's fun, that's fine. She had no makeup on that. She probably cried so much that she had to just like clean

it all off. That's really fun. I mean, she's still beautiful, but I was like, damn that she had a lot of she cried, she put her she cried her face on her pool. Then she goes, I am not I don't want to be the last one here because he chose me. So then Gabby comes back and apologizes, and they're like, Gabby, will you set this rose? And she's like, yeah, all right, before we take a quick break. Any final thoughts, It really was the road ceremony from hell. They advertised

it correctly. I mean, like part of me also feels like he was just like you've got to meet Like if he goes down within that situation where Gabby walks away, it is so it's such rarefied air in such a bad way that it part of me was just like he just is trying to get through this and just put the pieces back together to get to the rest of the show, and then the rest of his actions

kind of like show that a little bit. So it does feel like Gabby was right, like Gabby should I mean again, it's such a difficult position, but her first instinct was like kind of right because it was just kind of like, this is bullshit, and it kind of feels vindicated throughout the rest of the show. I agree. Any final thoughts, Robbie b I agree with that, and obviously because tonight we're gonna be back there having the same conversation with her again, like nothing's changed. I can't wait.

She'd better be bachelorette. She better be bachelor after they made her. She's so great after they made her. Come back if they give it to Cassie, because Molly's right, Okay, I can't do Cassie. Well, an airbnb, they recommend you dressed for the place that you're staying in. Okay, which is what It's very similar.

But if you could make it more homemie. But is there like a lobby and well, there's some places we'll have like a foyer, but it's in an apartment. This is Airbnb. It is vastly different to anything you've experienced. I'm not gonna be able to break it down in one episode. How are you about to slide into Teddy's d M? Absolutely, I will slide cleats First. When the brothers slid into Teddy's, Teddy said, up, I didn't see

I've never been a man has a gun. This is the hardest week in my life. And they're like, um, I told myself I would not. But we also do have to acknowledge that there were tiny horses running around outside. Yeah. Yeah, it was very, very difficult. But the center our family of the horses. That's why they put it. They were like, hey, it's your people, your families running around your home. So I told myself before this started, I will not allow myself to fall in love with multiple women. And then

I fell in love with three. Um and one of them said, I can't move forward if I've been in love. This is also a question of telling your mom that, he goes, I can't move forward if I've been in love or intimate with either of them. And I have to say that that I was intimate with both of them. So that she left and the dad goes yeah, that makes sense. Basically, like your dad's like, you're freaking idiot. Good for Susie, look at me. I was intimate planned

You know, you can't control how other people do with this. That's understandable that she left. They have a they have a right to be upset with you. They don't want to

be number two or three. He's like, you're in a tough situation and you you screwed the pooch in my opinion, So I was intimate with the pooch too. I love the dad. Dad was great, but there was like no time to be like, oh my god, you lost one. Look at you. That's great that he was just like I am in love and I ruined the show. Mom, I had sex with two women? Really was yeah, so quick? And then the family was right away like Jesus, this is going horribly exactly. You know they've been captured by

this knob before they're like, oh, he's still Clayton. You can like you can take the horse out of the man, you can take the face the whole time, just like and they also looked like, oh, ship, it's like college Clayton's back like this before they're like Clayton's Clayton's Clayton claim is going to be Clayton. We knew this would happen because the dad. I mean, first all the family is like ready for a sitcom. I feel like Midwest family football family. Yeah, they're like they're nice. I love

I actually really liked his parents. What if the dad could do like a cer no Di Berge rack for him, so he speaks for the dad was so well, but the mom is gorgeous and like sweet. The brothers seemed nice, like they clearly don't love Clayton the most. Clayton could just kind of go like mobo about and the dad could be like, I'm sorry I did this to sorry, I did this to you. I was intimate, don't say the intimate thing. Also, how cruel is that he's like,

all right, bring the first girl. Yeah. He's like, he's like, look, I don't want to talk anyway. Rachel's in the bathroom. It was so flippant. I don't want to He's like, I don't want to talk to them, like they're the consulate. I don't what if they're consulate? Mom, this could be your future daughter in law that I don't know what I was intimate with, but like, don't have to tell you. Is very similar to an apartment but you rented for a night or two. Well, I don't know why I'm

gonna go in the billiard room. Have you seen the view? Oh? Yeah? And then there's like, well she did leave, but she came back. So she shows up with flowers Gabby's first and she goes not for you with the flowers, which I loved um, and then and then they kissed and then she said I do love you. Outside she said that I felt so bad forgetting and then her and

then she looked so great. And then she had on her card again but weird thing to meet the family, plunging card again that you only have one shoulder on? Did she even have a bra? There was no bra matched his card again they yeah, they all have matching oatmeal card. Again in the same I thought it was from breakfast and tried to eat my card. I kept thinking her too. It was going to come out O

the whole time. I mean because it just especially when she was talking to the dad, because how embarrassing would that be? It just kept getting lower. It's like, please do you I feel like the dead super she doesn't have anything. No, I can't imagine being sexy talking to like a guy's dad. If you're if you're in the position where you were going to go meet the would you want him to say that you guys have had sex.

I feel like they're all picturing him fucking her, Like he could be like, look, I've created this emotional nightmare, and like there's like webs are just kind of tangled together. Yeah, like it feels it just feels weird to just feel like an intimate anyway. Um. So then the mom, So the the mom is and she toasts. She toasts immediately, She's like, if you were the one, I would be very happy. It was so sweet. They really like I

love the mom. She's like, here's to us. Her shoulder was out and they're like, um, what made you change your mind about staying. He's like, well, I trust my intuition, and you know, he's such a good partner and father. I'm not writing for kids yet, which I loved. But she's like you and your family, it makes sense. And then the dad's like, I gotta tell you. I respect that she walked away, um, and then and then yeah, basically she's like I want to be here. And then

at the end they're like, I do love you. She's not gonna win. I want her to be Bachelorrette. No, he convinced her to stay even though like he knew he liked Susie Moore. And I think that was super funny,

and I think Rachel, and I think Rachel. I also think that, like you know, when something is fleeting, it does like funk with your emotions in a way, like you know, like if you want to like end a relationship or someone wants to end a relationship with you, it does kind of change how you feel the second

that that plan is put in motion. So for him, who already seems like he's disconnected to what he really wants or feels to be in this position, he's just like vamping and so he's just kind of saying stuff that people want to hear over and over get out, And I think, I mean, that's kind of where we get to, you know, like it's just like a dude who is so not in touch with what he actually wants, and it's just like it's just causing a nightmare for

every day. Yeah, I will say, that's what the point Claire made, that he's looking for love for himself instead of like with the person. Because like I know, because I canceled my season after four hours because I'm that one guy. I kissed the guy twice and then I called it. We broke up a week later. Also, I can't wrinkle my brow anymore. I'm trying. I ordered some tears. I just have any tears left anymore. There's left. I

don't have any tears left. So then Rachel, she's like, this is the first time I've seen him since he broke my heart. Nice to meet you. She's like this all the time. I did have my heart broken and by your son, and I am still in love. And I said to myself, if I leave him, I will always wonder because I feel like he's perfect for me. I see him as my husband. And the mom was like, dad speaks value. It's about you that you stayed. Um. And then dad, I wrote had a romantic moment with Rachel,

and he was like, what do you think. She's like, I've had feelings. I've never had you kind of a handsome old out here. He goes, do you trust him? Do you trust me? Would you like to if I put my hand on your knee like this? He was too close, he was too close, he was She was like I do, and he goes, oh to smacked him, like yeah, because it's just like I just like to

smack your bottom, little lady. And then she's like, I am so in love with him, and then um um and the and then okay, all right, loud and clear dad. So then the dad goes, all right, well, son, you gotta get it internally and you gotta shut down, and you gotta just figure out what your heart is telling you. You know you're gonna have to hurt somebody. You have to accept that fact, son, And Rachel's like, I am in love with him, and um, she's like, and I

know that he's also in love with Gabby. Um. And then when Susie left, it really flipped him out um um. So then he's talking to the family and he's like, well, what do you think and he's like, well, I've gotta tell you I and they're like they're all talking among themselves. First he goes and looks at the horses, right at the horses. So then that they're trying to rifted for a week a night is the whole thing like it's like a house or a hotel. Oh my god, I

can't believe we got to do this again. What's it called it? So then the family is talking behind his back and they're like, he is not in love with both equally. I wanted them to say who they thought he loved more, but I felt that they were elegant and enough not to name it, but I feel like they could. They're like, we all see he likes blah blah blah blar. Did you feel like they were saying that? I mean kind of. So then they're like, okay, son,

what's your problem? What's conflicting? It's like, well, my heart is with these women that were here good well, but now guess what. It's also beyond these walls, like their eyes are like, oh my god. They're all like, no, well, let me show you. It's a little more special. Was show. They're like, she left you. I stopped listening. You don't get it. She was still talking. I stopped listening. They're like, Son, you're grasping at straws. In my mind, she is gone.

She has history the mom I rolls. They're like when someone walks away, these are the actual words when someone walks away. Son. They are done like. They're like, well, she could have walked out at any moment, and then they go she did. She did. You could tell like his family loves him, but when he's not there, they just talked so much. I really like I got that what the dad was like when he was in high school and a star football player and his dad was like, well,

you know, you funked up that game. You didn't play a good game. I would marry the dad. I would like to date that was very like he like he was like but he wasn't like mean about He's not my type of guy. I'm not normally into an older like Milwaukee football dad Churches. I would go on a date with Clayton b Oh. Yeah. I found him to be very sort of fair and reasonable. Yeah it was I thought it was very straightforward and like also kind of getting fed up with Clayton. I liked that, and

they normally are like blindly supportive. And he's like she had everything. She was once in a lifetime comment of a woman. Why did two over here? I was intimate with the other women and the other thing. Dad was disgust. Did we see this coming with Susie? Did he really? Was she number? And I think that's what it is. It's like he's just like, since she's not there, he's like, she was perfect if Rachel had left. This would be

about Rachel. Even on that even on that dinner date when he was like when he told her he loved her before, she was like, well did you say that to the other woman? He when he said I love you, she was surprised, she was, she was really surprised. Wasn't expecting that that goes. I am shocked that he's in love with Susie. The brother Nate is shocked and then appears. Jesse appears from a back room somewhere. He's like, you said, Jesse, I am here because I showed up. Smoke, because I

showed up because I care about your son. Can I borrow a hundred and fifty dollars because I propose to your son. I'm in love with your son, Jesse. I don't care Jesse that I loved Jesse. I care about your son. And he also said he was like, I care about I care about him a lot, care about your saying a great deal. And they looked at me. He's like, you're in a real pickle here, yeah, because what do you want to do? He's like, I want

closer with Susie. You're like, well, this is awkward, Like what if I told you Susie keeping her in a crazy ready for this moment? It feels like she's still a nice lit I mean, great episode. It was, I mean honestly, the last toime. Well they really did set it up like you're not gonna believe what. I didn't believe that. I always do that, and then this time I was like, what the funk is going on right now? Like this is totally crazy. Okay, we're gonna take a

It's after meeting your parents like it just the order is also just so crazy. It's so cruel. Yeah, it is. It's

like it's yea, let it go. That's how it goes, right, exactly Jesse and the live portion kept kind of like, and let me tell you there's a whole another I would miss Chris Harrison he is. I think like that, I kind of I do agree with that point you're making, Like I was thinking that when it was going on, and then the Susie part and then you're just like, Okay, now he just is like that. We've seen it before, we saw with Colton. But after convincing people to like that,

you do love that Calton. Colton at least went to like Hannah ge I think and was like, hey, I'm not in you go home? So what happens tonight? Do you think? I think? I honestly, yeah, what do you think? I really think he and ses are gonna end up together? No way? I don't know. I do. I think they talk and I don't know. I mean, I mean that happens. He's like completely single, but he's not going to be with Gabby or Rachel. They're not gonna They're not I

don't think it, not either of them. They're just gonna be like you blew it. Yeah, I mean the second that you make the decision to like get Susie back, it feels like all your eggs are kind of in that basket because you've just done, you just went through that whole song and dance and then to just be like nah, I know it's crazy and it's just I feel I just like, I'm so mad at him for convincing Gabby to stay. He's such trash like that really okay, Off, how do you think it's going to end in? Who

do you think it's going to be Bachelor at uh? Dracula? I think you are that. I think he's done with Gabby and Rachel. I think they won't be able to handle it. I think he'll probably go for Susie. Do you think they're together? No, I don't think. Do you think that who's Bachelorrette? I'm gonna say Gabby. I hope, I hope it's Gabby. All right, Bobby bebe um. I feel like he's not gonna end up with anybody tonight.

I think that. I think I feel like Susie says no and the other two are I'm out, and then he just goes home. At the end of runs with the horses, and this is out of just hope, but I don't think I'm right, but I'm gonna say, Gabby, I hope you're right. Okay, dr Babies. I think he's going to go back for Susie. She's going to tell him to go fund himself. He's going to come and then he's going to try again, potentially after the Final Rods or some ship. But then I don't know who Gabby.

But I just Jesse saying it's not who you think. I know that. Also at the end, he was like, I don't even know what happens tomorrow night. You're not going to believe it. So you do know or you don't. doesn't know. Maybe so maybe hasn't given an answer right up, all right, could be one of those things at the final rows, all right, I think she's going to decide. I think she's going to decide. so I'm basically deceased by Bachelor stand ups. I'll keep trying, but here's my review. Five out of five. This is the first podcast I've ever reviewed. I can't get enough. I started watching The Chelor during Quarantine and was delighted when I found out that Gareth Reynolds also watched and was even a guest on a podcast about it, which

is how I came to learn about the podcast. I initially only listened to the episode he was on, but I quickly became obsessed with the pod, and now I'm even going back and listening to old seasons because I love it so much. I get so much joy when the new episode pops into my feed. And I love that the episodes are long because I work remotely and I've gotten nothing but time. I love all the guests.

You are all champions, but my favorites are Gareth obviously leaves a Trigger and Doug Benson, um Ps, I'm currently listening to Peter season. What happened to the insane intro songs you used to do for the guests? And I think we've just added more people in and so and the podcasts have gotten longer and longer. So I think we were just like we and you know what it was,

we came to my Heart. So it was like a lot of that was when we were over at Nerdics and since we had we were launching in a brand new space and they were running like radio as for us, and I think like our old listeners were now used to our crazy these songs, but we don't want to frighten like brand new people are like, oh what's this about the Like we wanted them to only get into the podcast, like, yeah, that's my favorite, that's right, that's right.
