In addition to facilitating Empowered Tween, Tara is a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and the co-founder of All About Mental Empowerment, a company that provides mental health education in the public school system. 

In this episode, Tara shares the many moments that have stood out to her as she has led two cohorts through the Empowered Tween program. She reflects on the power of intentionally crafting the relationship you desire with your daughter, the importance of having challenging conversations and the power of community in raising resilient children.
