This practice is designed to help you bring awareness to the ways in which your mind is often in a mental tug-of-war -- with the way life is and the way you wish life could be. Use this practice to notice how this tug-of-war over a specific situation in your life feels in the body, what emotions it evokes and what thoughts or beliefs arise with it. And most importantly, grain some space from these perceptions through this practice. This practice is accessible to all experience backrgounds.
